Every year in May, the Sou des Écoles de Saint-Julien-sur-Reyssouze organizes its traditional car boot sale in the center of the village. Private sellers set up their stalls along the streets, offering treasure hunters a pleasant stroll through this village crossed by the Reyssouze, an emblematic river of the Bresse region.

For the benefit of the commune's children

The profits from the event are donated to the Sou des Écoles to fund school trips, shows, and educational projects for the pupils of the communal school. Refreshments and food are available throughout the day, provided by the association's volunteers.
