In the heart of winter, between January and February, the park of the Monastery of the Beatitudes in Pont-Saint-Esprit comes alive to host the annual car boot sale of the religious community. Under the shade of the large centenary cedar tree that stands in the park at 299 avenue Général de Gaulle, a wide variety of items are offered for sale in a serene and friendly atmosphere.

The event is distinguished by the richness and quality of the objects presented: household linen, shoes, clothing, bags, trinkets, kitchen utensils, small furniture, porcelain, crystal, silverware, paintings. The Community of the Beatitudes also offers many handmade products by community members: handmade cards and puzzles, artisanal candles, homemade jams, posters, games, puppets, decorative panels, bags, macramé, religious icons, rosaries, earrings, and bracelets.
