Car boot sale of the Marie Rouanet School of Rivière-sur-Tarn

The 2025 edition of the Car boot sale of the Marie Rouanet School enlivened the village of Rivière-sur-Tarn for a sunny day at the beginning of summer. In the striking setting of the Gorges du Tarn, between the limestone cliffs of the Causse Noir and the lively waters of the river, private exhibitors offered visitors a rich selection of second-hand items: clothes for the whole family, toys, board games, books, crockery, decorative objects, and nursery equipment.

The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, true to the charitable spirit of the APE of the Marie Rouanet School. The refreshment stand and on-site catering, run by the association's volunteers, allowed bargain hunters to eat throughout the morning. The funds raised contributed to the financing of school trips, shows, and educational projects for the pupils of this public school located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses. The exceptional setting of the village, dominated by the silhouette of the Château de Peyrelade, offered visitors an unforgettable bargain hunting experience in the land of the Gorges du Tarn.
