On Saturday, August 23, 2025, the Place de la Fontanelle and Avenue de Nassogne in Martel came alive for the annual car boot sale of the association Vivre à la Maison de Retraite. Reserved for individual exhibitors, this event brought together many sellers who came to offer their second-hand items in a friendly and summery atmosphere.
Visitors could browse freely from 8 am to 5:30 pm, enjoying the refreshment stand and on-site catering. The funds collected are directly donated to the association to finance the activities and entertainment for the residents of the Martel retirement home.
