Grand annual car boot sale organized by the association La Grappe d'Or in Quintigny for over 25 years
The car boot sale of Quintigny, organized by the association La Grappe d'Or, is one of the oldest car boot sales in the Jura. For over 25 editions, this event has brought together bargain hunters and private sellers every last Sunday of August, in the rue Charles Nodier of the village.
The association La Grappe d'Or stands out for the quality of its welcome. Exhibitors benefit from free coffee and pastries upon arrival in the morning. The pitch is offered at €2 per linear meter, a very accessible price. Stands are set up from 6 am and remain open until 6 pm.
Quintigny is a small wine-growing village in the Jura, located between Lons-le-Saunier and Poligny, in the Jura vineyard area. Rue Charles Nodier, the main street of the village, offers a pleasant and shaded setting for this day of bargain hunting. You can find everything: clothes, dishes, toys, tools, trinkets, books, and furniture at low prices.
The association La Grappe d'Or enlivens the life of the village throughout the year with various events: car boot sale, white water equestrian hike, cyclo-cross, and creative workshops. The end-of-August car boot sale remains their flagship event, eagerly awaited by all bargain hunters in the area.
