Car boot sale of La Coquille

The La Coquille car boot sale offered three events for bargain hunters in 2025: July 6th, August 24th, and October 19th. On the Place de l'Église, at the foot of the Romanesque church of Saint-Martial, a listed historic monument, the private stalls offered a regular renewal of goods throughout the seasons.

The August edition, in the middle of the summer season, benefited from the tourist influx on the Périgueux-Limoges axis, while the October edition attracted loyal local bargain hunters. The refreshment stand and on-site catering allowed visitors to extend their visit in this crossroads town of Périgord Vert, a historic stopover on the road to Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle.
