Annual car boot sale of the foyer rural in the village of La Chapelle-sur-Chézy
Each year, the small village of La Chapelle-sur-Chézy, nestled in the Chézy valley in the south of Aisne, hosts a car boot sale organized by the foyer rural. This wine-growing village, located near the Champagne appellation, offers a bucolic setting for a day of outdoor treasure hunting.
The car boot sale of La Chapelle-sur-Chézy brings together between 100 and 200 private exhibitors. Pitches are charged at 1 euro per linear meter, with a minimum of 5 meters. Sellers set up from 5:30 am in the village streets, offering crockery, books, toys, clothes, trinkets, and small furniture from their attics.
The foyer rural provides full catering on site, along with refreshments and a confectionery stand. Toilets are available and parking is accessible for visitors and exhibitors alike. Visitor hours are from 8 am to 6 pm, offering a wide time window to browse all the stands.
