Each spring, the village of Tour-de-Faure (46330), beautifully located opposite Saint-Cirq-Lapopie in the Lot valley, hosts one of the most colorful and festive events in the department: the Flower Festival and car boot sale organized by Générations Mouvement du Lot. A unique event that combines the pleasure of bargain hunting in the open air with the beauty of spring flowers and plants.

More than 40 stands featuring flowers, crafts, and car boot sale items

The event brings together more than 40 diverse exhibitors who set up around and inside the village hall of Tour-de-Faure. The offerings are rich and varied: potted flowers, shrubs, vegetable plants and seeds, cuttings, artisanal soaps, jewelry, honey and bee products, lavender and Provençal products, wines and local products (cheeses, sausages, oil, cakes, snails), leather goods, bags, wood paintings, and sculptures. Local artisans and producers mingle with car boot sale exhibitors to offer a unique diversity of items.

The car boot sale itself takes place outdoors, in the square and surrounding areas of the village hall. Individuals offer their second-hand items — clothing, toys, books, crockery, and various objects — in a colorful and lively atmosphere, starting from 8 am.

Entertainment and festivities for everyone

The Flower Festival of Tour-de-Faure is above all a festive day for the whole family. Children have specific entertainment: face painting, bouncy castle, and duck fishing. Woodturning and pottery demonstrations punctuate the day for curious adults. A tombola and refreshments complete the festive offerings.
