Car boot sale of Coussergues

The Coussergues Car Boot Sale once again brought together the residents of the hamlet and bargain hunters from northern Aveyron for the 2025 edition, in the heart of the commune of Saint-Hippolyte. In this valley-bottom village nestled in the hollow of the gorges de la Truyère, private stalls were set up outdoors, offering old crockery, clothes, toys, books, knick-knacks, and garden tools at modest prices.

The warm and family-friendly atmosphere that characterizes car boot sales in northern Aveyron was present. Visitors could browse the stalls while enjoying the spectacular panorama of the valley's wooded slopes and the surroundings of the Coussergues dam. The refreshment stand, run by village volunteers, allowed everyone to cool off and chat in a friendly atmosphere.
