Spring car boot sale organized by the Corneilhan Festival Committee, rue Jules Ferry
The Corneilhan Festival Committee organizes a car boot sale every spring on rue Jules Ferry in this Hérault wine-growing village (34490). Individuals unpack clothes, toys, crockery, books, small furniture, and trinkets in the friendly atmosphere of this shaded street in the town center. The event is enhanced by a sale of flowers and plants announcing the return of spring, and a refreshment stand run by the committee's volunteers.
Corneilhan is a village of about 2,000 inhabitants located 5 kilometers north of Béziers, in the first hills of the Hérault hinterland. Surrounded by vineyards producing wines under the Languedoc and Saint-Chinian appellations, the village has preserved a typical rural architectural heritage: a cooperative winery, a washhouse, a Romanesque church, and stone winegrower houses. The very active Festival Committee animates village life throughout the year with car boot sales, patron saint festivals, meals, and parties.
The Festival Committee's car boot sale is a family and popular event. The refreshment stand and catering on site allow you to extend the morning in a good mood. The sale of flowers and plants adds a horticultural touch appreciated by gardeners. Admission is free for visitors. Next edition: March 2026.
