Edition 2025 — Chilhac Car Boot Sale
The 2025 edition of the Chilhac car boot sale was held on the third Saturday in May in the streets and on the Place de Lachaud of this magnificent medieval village perched high up. Around 70 exhibitors enlivened this spring event organized by the Festival Committee, in an exceptional setting overlooking the Allier gorges.

Chilhac Car Boot Sale, 2025 Edition
For the 2025 edition, the Chilhac Festival Committee organized its annual car boot sale on the third Saturday in May, in keeping with the well-established tradition of this event, now in its 25th year. The streets and the Place de Lachaud of this magnificent village, perched on its basalt cliffs, once again welcomed around 70 exhibitors.
The exceptional setting of Chilhac — its basalt organs, its medieval ramparts, and its plunging view of the Allier meanders — helped make this day a memorable one for visitors from the region. Savvy bargain hunters and families out for a stroll explored the historic streets in search of treasures offered on the stalls, in the warm and friendly atmosphere typical of this popular car boot sale.
