Edition 2025 — Car boot sale Chanoz-Châtenay
The 2025 edition of the Chanoz-Châtenay car boot sale took place on Sunday, April 27th, in the streets of this village in the Bresse region of Ain, between Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne and Bourg-en-Bresse. Private exhibitors offered objects, clothes, toys, and trinkets in a friendly and rural atmosphere. The Festival Committee provided refreshments and catering on-site, while pitches were priced at 2.50 euros per linear meter.

The Chanoz-Châtenay Festival Committee successfully organized the 2025 edition of its annual car boot sale on April 27th. The streets of the Bressan village hosted private exhibitors offering a wide selection of second-hand items, from crockery to clothes, including toys, books, and trinkets. Free entry and pitches at €2.50 per linear meter allowed everyone to participate.
Visitors enjoyed the rural setting of this small rural town nestled in the Bressane Dombes, as well as the refreshments and catering provided on-site by the festival committee volunteers. Discussions between bargain hunters and sellers animated the village streets throughout the day, in an atmosphere typical of country car boot sales.
The Chanoz-Châtenay car boot sale returns in 2026 for a new spring edition. Lovers of rural bargain hunting and authentic village atmosphere are invited to rediscover this friendly event in the heart of Bresse de l'Ain.
