With only 239 inhabitants and an area of 18.7 km², Saint-André is one of the smallest communes in the Haute-Garonne. Located at an average altitude of 340 meters, between the communes of Esparron, Lilhac, and Eoux, 15 km northwest of Martres-Tolosane, it offers a remarkable panorama of the Comminges hills and the foothills of the Pyrenees. The village is part of the Cœur et Coteaux du Comminges intercommunal community. The town hall, located on Place de la Mairie, is headed by Mayor David Castets.
