The Briennon Car Boot Sale

Briennon, a village located along the Roanne to Digoin canal in the north of the Loire, hosts its traditional car boot sale at the port every summer. The bucolic setting of the port and canal adds a special charm to this day of treasure hunting.

A festive event by the canal

The Foyer Rural of Briennon organizes this event which combines treasure hunting and entertainment: free workshops for face painting, balloon sculpting, and of course, drinks and food by the water. Pitches are free for exhibitors, which encourages broad and diverse participation.

The port of Briennon, with its nautical stopover on the canal, offers a green and relaxing setting. Visitors can extend their day with a walk along the towpath.
