The grand car boot sale of the APE (Association des Parents d'Élèves) of Fontaine-Henry and Reviers is held annually at the evolution ground, near the primary school, at 5 Rue de Scoriton in Fontaine-Henry. Organized for the benefit of school activities, this friendly event welcomes private exhibitors from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, with a preferential rate of €2.50 per linear meter for early bookings (€3.50 thereafter). Minimum 4 meters if a vehicle is parked on the pitch. Refreshments, food, and toilets on site. Registration via HelloAsso, email, or phone.
A car boot sale for the school
The Parents' Association (APE) of Fontaine-Henry and Reviers organizes a large car boot sale every year at the evolution ground, near the village primary school. The profits from this event are entirely reinvested in financing school activities and outings, making it a solidarity event as well as a festive one.
Fontaine-Henry, a village of character between land and sea
Fontaine-Henry is a commune in Calvados renowned for its Renaissance castle, an architectural gem whose dizzying roofs dominate the village. Located between Caen and the Côte de Nacre, a few kilometers from the D-Day landing beaches, this village in the Mue valley offers an exceptional setting for a car boot sale: remarkable built heritage, green countryside, and proximity to the coast.
Prices and registration
The APE offers a preferential rate of €2.50 per linear meter for bookings made before early April, then €3.50 per linear meter thereafter. A minimum of 4 meters is required if the vehicle is parked on the pitch. Registration is done via HelloAsso, by email, or by phone. An ID and a certificate are required.
Refreshments and food
APE volunteers provide refreshments and food on site. Toilets are available for exhibitors and visitors. Entry is free for visitors, who can enjoy the car boot sale from 8 AM to 5 PM.
