Every June, the Amicale des Sapeurs-Pompiers de Gien invites all bargain hunters to avenue Lloyd Georges. This annual car boot sale, the 4th edition of which was held on June 29, 2025, has become an anticipated event in Gien, combining a spirit of solidarity and popular conviviality.

Avenue Lloyd Georges: an accessible setting for everyone

Avenue Lloyd Georges, well-served and with easy parking, welcomes exhibitors from the early morning hours. Private individuals only, they offer everyday items, clothing, books, toys, furniture, and a thousand finds in a relaxed atmosphere. Visitors enter for free and can browse the stalls from 6 am to 5:30 pm.

A solidarity event for the firefighters

Organized by the volunteers of the Amicale, this car boot sale helps to finance social and cultural activities for the benefit of firefighters and their families. Beyond the charitable aspect, it is a great opportunity for meetings and exchanges between residents of Gien and the surrounding communes of the Loiret.
