On Sunday, August 3, 2025, the Théâtre des Roches in Alise-Sainte-Reine hosted the annual car boot sale organized by the association Alésia Auto Sport. In this exceptional setting, a stone's throw from the statue of Vercingetorix and the MuséoParc Alésia, about forty exhibitors set up their stalls under the foliage of this natural amphitheater.
Bargain hunters enjoyed a summer day browsing through various items, clothes, toys, and trinkets offered at low prices. The refreshment stand run by volunteers and the complimentary coffee for exhibitors contributed to the friendly atmosphere of this treasure hunting day in the heart of historic Auxois.
