In October 2025, the town of Briec hosted its charitable car boot sale for the benefit of AFM-Téléthon. Individuals and volunteers mobilized to offer clothes, toys, books, and everyday items in an atmosphere of sharing and generosity. The funds raised were donated to AFM-Téléthon to support research against neuromuscular diseases. The next edition is expected in October 2026.
