The Association pour le Don de Sang Bénévole de la Plaine Orientale (ADSBPO) is a local association working to promote and organize voluntary blood drives in the eastern plain of Haute-Corse. Voluntary blood donation is vital for hospitals and patients awaiting transfusions. By organizing this car boot sale, ADSBPO raises funds to finance its awareness campaigns and blood drives, while offering a festive event to the community of Fium'Orbu.

The car boot sale starts at 6:30 AM, when exhibitors can set up their stalls. Visitors arrive throughout the morning and afternoon, until 4:30 PM. Pitches are offered at a price of 12 euros for 4 meters in length, an accessible price that encourages participation from individuals from the village and neighboring communes. Drinks and restrooms are available on-site to ensure the comfort of exhibitors and visitors.
