About Butte-aux-Cailles House Sale

The Butte-aux-Cailles house sale is an original event held every Easter weekend by the CED13 association. At 39 Rue des Cinq-Diamants, for three days, bargain hunters can explore the treasures of a neighbourhood flat-workshop: furniture, objects, books, tableware, decor. An intimate, distinctive format offering a different kind of bargain hunt.

An original Easter house sale

From Saturday 4 to Monday 6 April 2026 (Easter weekend), the CED13 association holds its traditional house sale at 39 Rue des Cinq-Diamants, in the heart of the Butte-aux-Cailles.

A distinctive experience

Unlike street flea markets, the house sale format takes place indoors. Expect vintage furniture, decor, collector books and records, antique tableware, trinkets, clothing.

Three days to browse

Three full days allow visitors to return and compare before buying.

An artists' district

The Butte-aux-Cailles is historically a neighbourhood of artists and activists, with low houses and narrow streets.
