Every first Sunday of August, the hamlet of Le Breuil Coiffault in the commune of Valdelaume hosts a popular flea market for bargain hunters from southern Deux-Sèvres. Located midway between Sauzé-Vaussais and Chef-Boutonne, this shaded site provides an ideal setting for a day of outdoor browsing, sheltered from the summer sun.

A Shaded Site and Very Affordable Exhibitor Rates

Le Breuil Coiffault offers a tree-lined ground that allows exhibitors and visitors to enjoy a pleasant day even in the height of summer. Stand setup begins at 6 AM, and the pitch fee of just 1 euro per linear meter makes the event particularly attractive for both occasional sellers and flea market regulars.

Paella, Refreshments and Family Fun

One of the highlights of the day is the convivial meal served on site: paella accompanied by an aperitif, salad, cheese, dessert and coffee, all at a very reasonable price. Children benefit from a reduced rate. The refreshment bar remains open from morning to evening, creating an atmosphere of genuine rural warmth.
