Flea market and car boot sale in the streets of Saint-Mihiel, city of Ligier Richier's Sepulchre
Each summer, the town of Saint-Mihiel hosts its flea market and car boot sale on rue Basse des Fosses. About fifty exhibitors offer their finds to bargain hunters in this town with a rich historical and artistic heritage.
Saint-Mihiel is world-renowned for the Sepulchre by Ligier Richier, a masterpiece of Renaissance sculpture preserved in the Saint-Étienne church. The town also boasts a remarkable Benedictine library, a listed historic monument, and numerous Renaissance houses. Strolling through the streets of Saint-Mihiel during the flea market is also an opportunity to discover exceptional heritage.
The flea market takes place in a pleasant setting, between the banks of the Meuse and the hills of the Côtes de Meuse. The stalls offer flea market items, car boot sale goods, trinkets, books, crockery, and collector's items. The on-site refreshment stand allows you to cool off between discoveries.
