About Tourtour Thursday Flea Market
Every Thursday, Tourtour hosts its flea market on Place Annabelle et Bernard Buffet. In this 'village in the sky' perched on its promontory, with views over the Haut-Var plains, exhibitors and hunters meet regularly throughout the year. Over twenty-five dates including April 23, 2026.
Tourtour, exceptional hunting setting
Tourtour is one of the most beautiful Haut-Var villages. Nicknamed 'the village in the Provençal sky' for its promontory position with 360° views. Bernard Buffet, one of France's greatest expressionist painters, lived his final years at Domaine de la Baume.
Place Annabelle et Bernard Buffet
The central square was renamed in tribute to the Buffet couple. Two bronze sculptures by the artist (the Stag Beetle and the Swallowtail) adorn the square since 2009.
