The Venizel Flea Market: An Unmissable Event in the Aisne

Every year in May, the streets of Venizel host a flea market and car boot sale that attracts bargain hunters and strollers from all over the Aisne valley. Organized by the Union Sportive de Venizel Acy, this event takes over the Town Hall square and adjacent streets, transforming this small village located between Soissons and Villers-Cotterêts into a vast open-air flea market.

Over 200 Exhibitors at the Event

With 100 to 200 exhibitors depending on the edition, the Venizel flea market offers a varied selection of second-hand items, antique furniture, tableware, vintage clothing, toys, and trinkets. Individuals and professionals mingle in a relaxed atmosphere, conducive to good deals and unexpected discoveries. Stall space is charged at 2 euros per linear meter.

A Welcoming Village

Venizel, a small village in the Aisne crossed by the river of the same name, offers a pleasant setting for a day of bargain hunting. Catering and refreshments are provided on-site by the sports club volunteers, and parking is available nearby, at Place des Saulons. Visitors enjoy free access from 7:30 AM to 6 PM to browse the stalls in search of that rare find.
