On Sunday, September 21, 2025, the village of Lugarde hosted the 26th edition of its traditional car boot sale and flea market. From the church square to the train station square, private sellers offered a wide variety of items to visitors from all over Cantal and neighboring departments.
As every year, the passage of the Gentiane Express was a highlight of the day, attracting the attention of bargain hunters and curious onlookers along the railway line that crosses the village.
