The MJC of Blénod-lès-Toul, named Le Couarail Bélénien, is located at 2 rue Puisat. This Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture (Youth and Culture Center) is the driving force behind many associative and cultural activities in the commune. The organization of the annual flea market mobilizes its volunteers and contributes to the financing of its activities throughout the year.
