Major monthly outdoor flea market every 1st Sunday of the month in Bouray-sur-Juine
The Ptits Bidous flea market is one of the most important brocante events in the Essonne Hurepoix. Held every 1st Sunday of the month on Rue des Champs in Bouray-sur-Juine, it brings together around 200 sellers in a friendly, lively atmosphere. Open from 6am to 6pm, this outdoor flea market draws early risers and Sunday morning walkers alike, offering hours of browsing in a pleasant countryside setting.
With around 200 sellers, the Ptits Bidous flea market offers one of the most diverse selections in the area. A mix of private sellers clearing their attics and semi-professional dealers offering selected pieces provides antique and period furniture, fine tableware, silver, trinkets, old and modern books, toys, vintage clothing, vinyl records, tools, paintings, watches and jewellery.
Bouray-sur-Juine is a Hurepoix village of around 2,000 inhabitants in the Juine valley. The charming river, the nearby Château de Chamarande and its 98-hectare public park (one of Essonne's largest), and the rural character of the village make it an appealing destination for a Sunday outing.
