Monthly professional flea market on Place de Verdun in Beaumont-en-Auge, Pays d'Auge
Since March 2025, the Place de Verdun in Beaumont-en-Auge has been hosting its monthly professional flea market. Organized by Valentin, this event brings together around 50 professional flea market dealers and antique dealers in the remarkable setting of this perched village overlooking the Touques valley and offering an exceptional panorama of the Pays d'Auge.
The exhibitors, all professionals in antiques and flea markets, offer a quality selection: rare pieces, vintage and period furniture, collector's items, antique tableware, trinkets, paintings, books, prints, and curiosities. The strict selection of exhibitors guarantees visitors a high-quality market, far from simple car boot sales. A friendly atmosphere is assured in this authentically Norman setting.
Beaumont-en-Auge is a village of character in Calvados, located on a natural promontory between Deauville and Pont-l'Évêque. Listed among the most beautiful panoramas in Normandy, the village offers a spectacular view of the green hills of the Pays d'Auge, a land of apple trees, cider, calvados, and cheeses. The town is also famous for being the birthplace of the mathematician Pierre-Simon de Laplace.
The Place de Verdun, a vast esplanade in the center of the village, is an ideal setting for this flea market. Surrounded by typical half-timbered houses and overlooking the Augeron countryside, it offers generous space for stands and accessible parking. The village also has shops and restaurants for refreshments after a morning of antique hunting.
