Autumn brocante in this village of the Trambouze valley, in the Haut-Beaujolais
Every autumn, the village of Pont-Trambouze comes alive for its annual brocante. On the village squares and in the streets, private sellers and local exhibitors offer their finds: clothing, toys and board games, books, crockery, ornaments, tools, small pieces of furniture and decorative objects.
Pont-Trambouze is a village in the Trambouze valley in the Haut-Beaujolais, on the border between the Rhône and the Loire. This area was historically marked by the textile industry (hosiery, braiding) and craft metallurgy. Today the village has returned to a more residential and agricultural vocation while maintaining strong links with its industrial history.
Pont-Trambouze is accessible from Thizy-les-Bourgs (about 5 km) and from Amplepuis via the D8. The commune is about 60 km north-west of Lyon. Parking in the village.
