The 41st edition of the Fête et Vide-Grenier du Gros Moulin was held on Sunday, March 9, 2025, on Rue du Gros-Moulin in Amilly. Traditionally the first car boot sale of the year in the Montargis area, this event brought together private and professional exhibitors from dawn for a lively day of treasure hunting, with on-site catering provided by the organizers.

Looking Back at the 41st Edition – March 2025
On Sunday, March 9, 2025, Amilly opened its car boot sale season with the traditional Fête du Gros Moulin. For its 41st edition, the Rue du Gros-Moulin transformed at dawn into a long corridor of treasure hunting and good deals. Private and professional exhibitors lined both sides of the road to offer their treasures to early visitors.
The variety of offerings was present: clothing for all ages mingled with antique tableware, toys from the 1970s-1980s, books of all kinds, and gardening tools. Professionals, set up thanks to prior reservation, brought the more sought-after pieces that delight collectors.
The catering provided by the organizers allowed exhibitors to warm up and visitors to extend their stroll despite the cool March morning. The 2026 Fête du Gros Moulin is already eagerly awaited for the second Sunday in March.
