Annual flea market in Le Magny, a village in Boischaut Sud in the Indre department
The Brocante du Magny enlivens this small village in Boischaut Sud, in the south of the Indre department. A village event appreciated for its bucolic setting and its authentically Berrichon atmosphere.
The Brocante du Magny takes over the streets of this small village in southern Indre. Exhibitors offer an assortment of second-hand and flea market items: crockery, trinkets, tools, books, toys, clothing, antique linens, small rustic furniture, and various curiosities. The atmosphere is that of a country flea market where people take their time to hunt for treasures, chat, and enjoy the green surroundings.
Le Magny is a commune of about 300 inhabitants located in Boischaut Sud, between La Châtre and Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre. The village is nestled in a hilly landscape of hedgerows, breeding pastures, and small woods that characterize this southern part of Berry. The commune retains a discreet rural heritage: a church, traditional farms, and sunken lanes bordered by live hedges. The area is popular with hikers for its trails that wind through the hills of Boischaut.
The Brocante du Magny offers a calm and authentic treasure hunting experience. Refreshments are provided by volunteers. Admission is free.
The Brocante du Magny returns on May 10, 2026.
