The Brocante du Faubourg de l'Arche: twenty years of chining at the foot of La Défense

The Faubourg de l'Arche neighbourhood is one of the most ambitious urban developments in the contemporary Parisian metropolitan area. Located in Courbevoie (92400), at the immediate gateway to the La Défense business district — of which it constitutes in some ways the residential extension to the east — the Faubourg de l'Arche was developed from the 1990s on former industrial and railway land. Its alleys bear the names of illustrious painters (Véronèse, Botticelli), its streets evocative names (Léonard-de-Vinci, Lilas d'Espagne), and its Parc du Millénaire offers residents a high-quality contemporary green space.

At its 21st edition in 2026, with 250 to 300 sellers spread across Avenue Léonard-de-Vinci, Rue des Lilas d'Espagne and the pedestrian alleys, the Brocante du Faubourg de l'Arche has become a fixture of the Hauts-de-Seine autumn brocante calendar.
