The 2025 edition of the Brocante du 1er Mai de Châteauneuf-sur-Cher took place on Thursday, May 1st, in the Ermitage district, rue des Lilas and route de Saint-Amand. Individuals and professionals offered furniture, trinkets, tableware, clothing, and second-hand items to bargain hunters from Berry and neighboring departments. Review of the 2025 edition
On Thursday, May 1st, 2025, the Ermitage district of Châteauneuf-sur-Cher hosted its traditional annual flea market. Exhibitors, both individuals and professionals, set up rue des Lilas and route de Saint-Amand to offer bargain hunters a wide selection of furniture, trinkets, tableware, clothing, books, and various items.
This first major flea market of the season in Sud Berry attracted many visitors from Bourges, Saint-Amand-Montrond, and surrounding towns. The refreshment stand run by the organizers added to the conviviality of this spring day in the heritage setting of Châteauneuf-sur-Cher.
The next edition is scheduled for Friday, May 1st, 2026.
