Every autumn, Nouzonville (08700) holds its annual flea market on Place Gambetta, in the heart of this Ardennes town on the edge of the Meuse valley. Organized by the Promotion Socio Culturelle, the event brings together about sixty exhibitors - individuals and professionals - for a long Sunday morning of treasure hunting.

From 7 am to 6 pm, Place Gambetta transforms into a large second-hand market. Exhibitors offer a varied selection of items: antiques, furniture, tableware, books, vintage clothing, toys, vinyl records, and various trinkets. Pitches are numbered and assigned by the association's volunteers on the day. Booking is mandatory, and food stalls are not allowed.

The rate for exhibitors is €1.50 per linear meter for individuals and €3 per meter for professionals. These affordable rates encourage participation from residents of Nouzonville and neighboring towns.
