The Club Sportif de Chassors (CS Chassors) organizes a flea market every year in June at the pétanque ground, route de Jarnac. This event, now in its 5th edition, has established itself as a friendly gathering for treasure hunters in the Jarnac and Cognac area. The funds raised help finance the club's sports activities and the maintenance of its facilities.

Chassors, a village between Jarnac and Cognac

Chassors is a small rural commune located between Jarnac and Cognac, in the heart of the Fins Bois vineyards. This peaceful village, crossed by vineyard paths lined with vines, offers a typical Charente setting for this village flea market. The town hall, the community hall, and the sports facilities form the heart of Chassors' community life.

A warm organization

CS Chassors volunteers welcome exhibitors from 7 am at the pétanque ground, a large, flat, and accessible area located on route de Jarnac. The pitch is offered at a modest price of 2 euros per linear meter, by prior reservation by phone. Visitors browse the stalls until 7 pm.

Raffle, refreshments, and food

In addition to the flea market, CS Chassors offers a raffle with prizes, refreshments, and a food service, making this day a festive and family-friendly occasion. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the exchanges between exhibitors, visitors, and volunteers contribute to the growing success of this event.
