The Brocante de l'Ascension de Lacs is a major event with around 250 exhibitors who take over the village center and its surroundings. Lacs, a village in the Indre valley

Lacs is a commune of about 600 inhabitants located in the Indre valley, between Châteauroux and La Châtre. The village is situated at the junction between the Champagne berrichonne and the Boischaut Sud, in a varied landscape that mixes open plains and early hedgerow valleys. The river Indre flows through the commune, offering a green and peaceful setting. The village retains a beautiful church and old stone houses.
