Flea market and village festival in Dolus-le-Sec, in the heart of the Champeigne tourangelle
The brocante of Dolus-le-Sec accompanies the village festival of this rural commune in the Champeigne tourangelle, between cereal plain and Romanesque heritage, for a day of treasure hunting and conviviality.
The brocante of Dolus-le-Sec is part of the village festival, an annual event that enlivens this village in the Champeigne tourangelle. Exhibitors offer furniture, tableware, tools, toys, clothing, books, trinkets, brassware, antique linens and various flea market items. The event is an opportunity to rediscover the spirit of village festivals of yesteryear, where the flea market meets entertainment and rustic catering.
Dolus-le-Sec is a commune of about 1,200 inhabitants located in the Champeigne tourangelle, this vast cereal plain that extends southeast of Tours. The village takes its name from "dolus" (meadow) and "sec" (without running water), evoking the character of this fertile limestone plateau. The Saint-Pierre church, of Romanesque origin, and the tuffeau farms that line the village streets bear witness to a preserved rural heritage.
The village festival offers a bar, catering and entertainment throughout the day. Admission is free.
The Dolus-le-Sec flea market and village festival returns in 2026 with 100 exhibitors.
