Every year in May, the Montignac-Charente hippodrome site, located on the route d'Aigre on the D 737, hosts a large bric à brac organized by the Comité d'Animations Culturelles et Équestres. This event is one of the most important flea market gatherings in the Ruffec sector of Charente.

Up to 250 exhibitors

The hippodrome bric à brac can accommodate up to 250 exhibitors, making it a significant event for the region. The rate is €2 per linear meter, and setup is on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 6:30 AM. Entry is free for visitors, who have a large area to explore on the racecourse grounds.

The Montignac-Charente Hippodrome

The Montignac-Charente hippodrome is an emblematic site in the commune, usually dedicated to horse racing and equestrian events.
