About Sablet Braderie

On Sunday 26 April 2026, the Boulevard des Remparts in Sablet hosts the village annual braderie. Shopkeepers, artisans and private sellers take over the outer ring of the circular village for a day of promotional sales and hunting. A unique setting in Vaucluse, around one of the most beautiful circular villages of Provence, in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône Villages vineyard.

The spring braderie in Sablet

On Sunday 26 April 2026, Sablet, one of Provence's most remarkable circular villages, hosts its annual braderie on the Boulevard des Remparts. Unlike flea markets where private sellers dominate, the braderie combines village shopkeepers, local artisans, terroir producers and some private sellers.

An exceptional heritage setting

Sablet is distinguished by its unique configuration: a circular village whose houses form a concentric ring around the church and mairie perched at the top. The medieval fortifications gave way to the Boulevard des Remparts, a circular road ideal for the braderie.

Sablet, wine and cultural village

Sablet, 1,400 inhabitants, produces Côtes du Rhône Villages Sablet, an appellation recognised for its structured reds and delicate rosés. The village also hosts each summer the Musique & Vin Festival.
