In March 2025, Rieux-Minervois hosted its annual Bourse Militaria in this medieval village in the Aude, famous for its unique Romanesque heptagonal church in France. Collectors of military items and history enthusiasts from the Aude and neighboring departments gathered for a day of discoveries and exchanges centered around military collecting.
Exhibitors offered a fine selection of items: uniforms and equipment from all armies and eras, French and foreign medals and decorations, regimental insignia, collectible weapons (bayonets, swords, deactivated pistols), military documents and archives, models and figurines, and specialized books and publications. Experienced collectors mingled with amateurs discovering this fascinating world for the first time.
The Bourse Militaria de Rieux-Minervois returns in March 2026. Collectors and military history enthusiasts from the Aude and Languedoc are invited to this specialized event in this heritage village of the Minervois.
