The Friday Cultural Market in 2025

Throughout the 2025 season, from March to December, Rue Royale in Orléans continued to host its book, record, and cultural products market every Friday. This weekly event, appreciated by regulars and passers-by alike, helped keep the tradition of local cultural commerce alive in the city's historic center.

Professional exhibitors offered a selection renewed week after week: novels, essays, art books, encyclopedias, as well as jazz, rock, and French popular music vinyls, sheet music, comic books, and old magazines. The special atmosphere of Place du Martroi, dominated by the statue of Joan of Arc, brought a unique historical and cultural dimension to this market of intellectual second-hand goods.
