Edition 2025 — Avanton Vide-Grenier

The 2025 Avanton APE vide-grenier was held Sunday 18 May 2025, 7:30am-6pm, in the village centre. 170 exhibitors filled Avanton streets and squares for a busy chining day with Haut-Poitou and Poitiers-area crowds. Kids activities, barbecue, crêpes and homemade cakes by parent volunteers paced the day. APE profits funded school activities.

2025 edition

Sunday 18 May 2025: Avanton's Parents-Teachers Association ran its big annual vide-grenier, true to form. 170 exhibitors (private sellers, some pros) set up from 6:30am in the centre, public 7:30am.

Steady turnout all day: Haut-Poitou collectors, Poitiers families, passing curious. Clothes, toys, baby gear, bric-à-brac, small furniture, books — all well covered. Exhibitor registration had closed 11 May, €2/m rate.

Parent-run barbecue and bar served grilled food, crêpes, cakes, cold drinks. Kids activities delighted families. Profits funded next year's school activities. 2026: Sunday 31 May.
