The AS Chailles-Candé flea market is an institution in Loir-et-Cher. Organized for over half a century by the village sports association, it is one of the largest flea markets in the department with over 300 exhibitors at each edition.

The Stade du Cosson, an ideal setting

The event is held at the Stade du Cosson, rue de la Vallée in Chailles, just a few kilometers from Blois. This large outdoor space can accommodate a significant number of exhibitors and visitors in good conditions. Parking on site, easy access from the D956.

An unmissable July event

Exhibitors, both individuals and professionals, offer a wide range of items: furniture, tableware, clothing, toys, trinkets, books, and decorative objects. Refreshments and food on site allow you to spend the whole day. Exhibitors can set up from 5 am, and visitors are welcomed from 6 am to 6 pm.

Founded over 50 years ago, the AS Chailles-Candé flea market has become a true institution in Loir-et-Cher. Generation after generation, the volunteers of the sports club perpetuate this tradition which is the pride of the village. The 51st edition in 2026 testifies to the exceptional longevity of this event, which has adapted to changes while retaining its original spirit: conviviality, accessibility, and diversity of stalls.

300 exhibitors at the Stade du Cosson

The Stade du Cosson, a large outdoor space bordered by the river of the same name, can comfortably accommodate over 300 exhibitors. There is plenty of space to set up stalls, and the wide aisles allow for smooth circulation even during peak hours. Exhibitors, whether individuals or professionals, offer a complete range of items: antique and vintage furniture, tableware, clothing, toys, books, tools, decorative objects, records, and trinkets of all kinds.

Tips for enjoying the flea market

For seasoned bargain hunters, arriving as early as 6 am is recommended to get access to the best items before the crowds. Pitches are offered at €2.50 per linear meter, which remains very affordable. Parking is available on site, near the pitches. Food – sandwiches, grills, crepes, and drinks – is provided all day by the club's volunteers. Children are not forgotten with fairground rides set up for the occasion.
