Every first Sunday of August, Cosne-d'Allier hosts its grand annual flea market, an event that now boasts over forty editions. Organized by the commune's festival committee, this event has established itself over the decades as a major summer gathering for treasure hunters from the Montluçon region and beyond.

200 exhibitors in the village streets

With around 200 exhibitors, the Cosne-d'Allier flea market offers a rich and varied selection. The stalls, set up in the streets and squares of the village, offer a wide range of items: antique furniture, tableware, trinkets, tools, books, vinyl records, vintage clothing, and curiosities from all eras. Opening at 5 am allows the most motivated treasure hunters to find the first treasures in the cool morning air.
