Podensac is a commune of about 3,000 inhabitants, located on the left bank of the Garonne River, 30 km south of Bordeaux. Known as the birthplace of the Lillet liqueur, it is located in the heart of the Graves appellation. The Allée Georges Montel, lined with century-old plane trees, offers an ideal setting for car boot sales, combining shade and space. The town also hosts the famous Foire Sainte-Catherine, a centuries-old festive tradition.
The ACRC generally schedules two car boot sales per year, one in spring (early May) and the other in early summer (mid-June). This bi-annual rhythm fosters a loyal following of regular treasure hunters who appreciate the quality of the organization, the abundance of exhibitors, and the friendly atmosphere of the refreshment and food services provided by the association's volunteers.
The ACRC car boot sales return on May 3 and June 14, 2026, in Podensac, Allée Georges Montel. 120 exhibitors, free entry.
