ACLDM Annual Car Boot Sale – Douchy-Montcorbon

Looking Back at the 2025 Edition

On Thursday, May 29, 2025, Douchy-Montcorbon hosted its annual car boot sale organized by the ACLDM. On rue du Gué Saint-Jean, individual sellers set up from 6 AM to offer their treasures to visitors of this quiet Loiret village.

As tradition dictates, the event was reserved for individuals, ensuring the authenticity of the items offered and the spontaneity of exchanges. Clothing, toys, tableware, books, trinkets, and everyday objects made up an eclectic market typical of village car boot sales where every item has its own story.

The activities for children – a carousel and a free tombola – delighted the youngest attendees. The catering provided by ACLDM volunteers allowed everyone to extend the day pleasantly. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere, in this preserved rural setting, made the 2025 edition a great success. The 2026 edition is expected in the spring.
