9th Wellness Fair of Castres

A flagship wellness event in Tarn

Now a true reference event in the southern department, the Castres Wellness Fair enters its ninth edition in 2026. Organised by the Castres Exhibition Park, it takes place each autumn in the vast Hall 2000. Over two days, the public explores the many facets of contemporary wellness: alternative medicines, healthy nutrition, ethical craftsmanship and personal development.

Seventy-five exhibitors, therapists to organic producers

The fair brings together seventy-five carefully selected exhibitors: sophrology, shiatsu, reflexology, hypnosis, Chinese medicine, naturopathy, aromatherapy, Bach flowers, Ayurvedic massages. Alongside are artisans creating energetic jewellery, natural cosmetics, organic textiles, and local producers of honey, herbal teas, kombucha and products from the Sidobre and Monts de Lacaune.

Conferences and workshops all weekend

Themed conferences, practical workshops and demonstrations punctuate the two days: meditation sessions, intermittent fasting talks, yoga introductions, positive parenting exchanges. These free slots enrich the visit.

The setting: Castres, gateway to the Sidobre

Castres, a sub-prefecture of Tarn at the gates of the Sidobre and Montagne Noire, is a natural playground for the wellness theme. The colourful banks of the Agout invite disconnection.
