A young Santerre rederie emerging on Assumption day
All great Picard rederies were once young events. The Le Quesnel one, celebrating its 4th edition in 2026, perfectly illustrates the rural associative dynamism of the Somme. Launched in 2022, the event found its date and its public on August 15.
Rue de la Chapelle, where the rederie unfolds, offers a linear and friendly setting. Proximity to A1 motorway contributes to its success.
Classic Picard rederie inventory dominated by individuals: clothing, toys, books, crockery, linen, small furniture, knick-knacks, tools. About a hundred exhibitors allow real variety.
