Organised each year by the Football Club Boutonnais in the magnificent park of Château de Javarzay in Chef-Boutonne, this event brings together over 300 exhibitors, both private and professional. Admission is free for visitors, who enjoy an exceptional Renaissance setting to find furniture, antiques, clothing and bric-a-brac from 6am to 6pm.
The Javarzay Flea Market: 43 Editions of Passion and Conviviality
For over four decades, the Football Club Boutonnais has organised its great flea market and garage sale each June in the park of Château de Javarzay in Chef-Boutonne. In 2026, this event celebrates its 43rd edition, confirming its status as an essential gathering for bargain hunters, collectors and deal seekers from southern Deux-Sèvres and far beyond.
Over 300 Exhibitors in a Renaissance Setting
The Château de Javarzay, an architectural jewel of the Poitevin Renaissance, provides an exceptional setting for this flea market. Its tree-lined park hosts over 300 exhibitors, mixing private sellers clearing their attics with professional antique and bric-a-brac dealers. The range is considerable: antique furniture, ornaments, crockery, books, toys, clothing, vinyl records, tools, collectibles and all manner of curiosities.
A Festive and Complete Event
Beyond the flea market, the day features varied entertainment: vintage car exhibitions, local producers' market, on-site catering and refreshments. The Football Club Boutonnais also offers a convivial meal for exhibitors and visitors.
