On Thursday, May 29, 2025, the village of Soppe-le-Haut enthusiastically celebrated the 35th edition of its Ascension Flea Market. A symbolic anniversary for this event rooted in Sundgau tradition, which brings together private sellers and visitors from all over the region each year.

The village streets came alive with stalls of flea market items, second-hand clothes, crockery, toys, tools, and various objects, in the tradition of Alsatian popular markets. This 35th edition confirmed the attachment of the residents and bargain hunters of Sundgau to this unmissable spring event. The 36th edition is scheduled for May 14, 2026.
